How can I try Tic-Tac?

How do I get started with Tic-Tac?

The first thing you do is to register your coworkers and assign them their roles. An administrator can create projects and actvities. An 'ordinary user' only writes his or hers time and shares the Timeplan och the Project Diary. All coworkers will get their own sign in credentials.

When you create a new project you follow the natural structure of your business. You can divide projects into activities and give them different hour rates. You then select which coworkers should report to the project. If you want to you can add a budget, in time and money, to the project.

There is a multitude of reports with which you can follow the progression of your project. There are reports visualizing time and money spent, capacity usage, flexi time and the result compared to budget. You can email reports to your customer. And you make an invoice for the period you select.

With the Timeplan you enter activities for a coworker in the calendar. It is a tool for planning and staffing upcoming projects and events.

In the Project Diary project members document their ongoing work. You can set priorities to tickets and delegate them. Documents can be uploaded to Tic-Tac and shared.

How safely is my information handled?

Tic-Tac Mobiles policy for subscriptions to the service as well as protection of your user integrity and your information.

§1. Only you may have access to the information you save in the system. Access is protected by the user ID you select as well as your password.

§2. Your name and your e-mail address may be used by us if we need to reach you in connection with your use of the service.

§3. Under no circumstance will the information you save or the information about your use of the service be given to a third party.

§4. The database in which your information is saved is protected with strict authorisation requirements on several levels. Our server is in a data center where the highest standard of security is ensured. It is protected from intrusion, fire and power failures. The server is behind a firewall and regular database backups are made. The backup copies are stored in another locked area.

§5. Our highest priority is to make sure our subscribers’ information is safely handled. But even if all cautionary measures are taken, there is never 100% protection against technical breakdown or intentional damage. Zetera Tekniksystem AB, operator of the service, does not assume any financial responsibility beyond the subscription fee for the relevant three-month period, for any loss of data or consequential loss.

§6. Tic-Tac Mobile is a pay-service with a trial month free of charge for new users. A subscription may be renewed quarterly with an advance payment of the relevant fee. If you should choose not to renew your subscription, it will be closed automatically after the expiry date. Your information will remain in the system for at least three months in case you wish to resume the subscription. At your request, we will erase your information immediately upon ending your subscription.
